I led content strategy for Instacart’s EBT SNAP program from its 2020 inception through nationwide expansion, growing from 60+ stores in Georgia to 5,600+ additional stores across 39 states before becoming the first online grocery marketplace to offer SNAP benefits nationwide in 2023.
